Terms and Conditions
We provide international payment services in partnership with FCA-regulated financial
institutions under a white-label model. While you interact with our platform and support team,
the underlying infrastructure, currency accounts, and compliance measures are managed by
licensed partners.
All client funds are safeguarded in line with FCA regulations. This means your money is held
separately in secure accounts at reputable banks and is protected in the event of insolvency,
either by us or our partner institutions. Your funds remain safeguarded until they are paid to
your chosen beneficiary. You may request a breakdown of safeguarded balances at any
time.
Client funds are fully separated from company operating accounts. In the unlikely event of
liquidation, 100% of your funds will be returned to you by the liquidator—exceeding the
FSCS protection limit of £85,000.
Our partner institutions also follow strict security protocols, including secure data handling,
ongoing IT monitoring, and protection against cyber threats, ensuring your payments and
data remain safe.
